Bag'em matchbaits have teamed up with Heronbrook Fisheries in Staffs - the home of matchfishing.

We are delighted to have teamed up with Heronbrook Fisheries - one of the finest and best known venues the country has to offer explains Caroline Reed from Bag'em Matchbaits. Between ourselves and Heronbrook we have re named the forthcoming festivals as the Bag'em Jubilee Festival (2nd to 5th June) and the Bag'em Summer Festival (13th to 17th August). Along with large cash winnings Bag'em will be supporting the prize lists with much bait to be won by the
entrants of these matches and others in the future.

Neil Dale, the owner of Heronbrook Fisheries, commented " this is exactly the type of partnership we wanted as we can now offer so many more prizes for our events".

big-one-2012It was the annual 'Big One' show in Farnborough at the weekend and Bag'em joined up with Fishing Republic to launch their new products for 2012.
Neil Machin was demonstrating how to use the new bait dyes, as well as holding a 20min seminar in the theatre. Many of the team including Pemb Wrighting, Matt Smith, Ian Giddins, Dave Smith and Pete Goodman were on hand over the weekend to help and advise customers, not forgetting Holly Smith aged 11.

Neil Machin said "It was a great learning curve for me speaking to anglers to find out their opinions on Bag'em and the products. Saturday was very busy and it surprised me just how much bait was sold and the huge amount of interest in our products. Our new Meat & Maggot powders were a huge hit, we completely sold out of the red sweet version and almost all the yellow garlic. We also sold out of the XP, Super Green most of the XPG and the Krill seeker groundbaits.
Can I thank Ian, Dave, Holly, Pemb, Pete and Matt for doing a great job manning the stand and promoting the brand, It's a long day and its hard work talking to anglers and demonstrating products, which is made much easier when you have some quality products to talk about!'

Match Fishing editor Dave Harrell is joined in the Match Fishing studio by Bag 'em Matchbaits' Dean Jones, to discuss the company's new range of carp-oriented baits.
